1. Educational Mission & Scope

Zoe Academy provides biblical stewardship, health, and discipleship curriculum for families, children (ages 5 to 18), churches, and community co-ops. Our materials include downloadable parent guides, student workbooks, lesson cards, audio declarations, and interactive digital decision tools.

Educational Disclaimer: All curriculum, tools, and resources provided by Zoe Academy are for educational and faith-formation purposes only. They do not constitute personalized legal, tax, medical, nutritional, or licensed investment advisory services.

2. Account Registration & Parental Authority

Purchases and accounts must be completed by an adult (parent, legal guardian, or authorized church facilitator at least 18 years of age). Parents are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their email access links and supervising their children’s participation in online quizzes and exercises.

3. Pricing, Billing, & Currency

All transactions are denominated in United States Dollars (USD). Payments are processed through our secure payment gateway, Stripe, Inc. We offer both single-purchase curriculum packages and recurring membership subscriptions:

• Single Course Purchases: $27 for foundational courses (The Five Jars, God’s Little Temple Keepers, Identity: Who Am I in Christ) and $47 for intermediate courses (CROWN, Temple Keepers).
• Complete Suites & Bundles: Seedlings Suite ($59), Champions Suite ($97), and Master Family Bundle ($149). Single one-time payment with lifetime household access.
• Teen Guild Subscription: $27/month recurring subscription for The Covenant of His Glory (Ages 13 to 18). Billed automatically on each monthly renewal date until cancelled.

4. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee & Refund Policy

• How to Request a Refund: If you or your child are not completely satisfied with the materials, simply email us at hello@thezoeacademy.com within 30 days of purchase with your order email or receipt. We will process your complete refund promptly - no questions asked.
• Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your Teen Guild recurring membership at any time directly through your parent account dashboard or by emailing hello@thezoeacademy.com. Upon cancellation, your card will not be billed again, and you will retain full access until the conclusion of your current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property & Permitted Use

All curriculum texts, illustrations, audio narrations, student worksheets, lesson cards, and code are the exclusive intellectual property of Zoe Academy and its founder, Desmond Ollivierre.

• Household License: Purchasing a course or bundle grants your household a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to print, download, and utilize the materials for all children residing in your immediate family.
• Church / Co-Op License: Church leaders and co-op facilitators who purchase or enroll in our institutional pilots are granted authorization to print and facilitate sessions for their registered student cohort.
• Restrictions: You may not resell, sublicense, modify for commercial distribution, or publicly post curriculum PDFs or audio files on third-party file-sharing networks.

6. Limitation of Liability

Zoe Academy and its affiliates provide all educational services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. In no event shall Zoe Academy be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to access our materials. Our maximum aggregate liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to Zoe Academy during the preceding twelve months.
