How Zoe creates and reviews educational content.

Financial education affects real families and real decisions. Every Zoe lesson, tool, article, and automated brief must preserve accuracy, understanding, consent, and human responsibility.

01

Purpose

Christ is Lord. We are stewards. Education helps us care for what has been entrusted to us and serve our families, churches, businesses, and communities. Each tool connects a Zoe Cornerstone and mark of a steward to a useful practice and observable evidence of learning.

02

Service

Begin with the person, what is already working, and what they want to make possible. Offer concrete examples of help when they are unsure. Work on a useful step together, agree who will carry it through, and check whether it helped.

03

Open education

Full teaching and tool results are available without an email address. A request for an emailed copy or a review is a separate choice. No tool preselects an insurance product or decides suitability.

04

Sources

Material claims use primary government, regulator, carrier, contract, or original research sources when available. Sources and dates appear where they materially affect understanding.

05

Plain language

Tools explain the category, assumptions, benefits, limitations, alternatives, missing information, and neutral next actions in language a newcomer can understand.

06

Human review

Automation may organize facts and education. It cannot independently choose a carrier, product, premium, allocation, replacement, rollover, or transaction.

07

Professional boundaries

Zoe addresses education and the insurance or annuity work for which its agent is properly licensed. Legal, tax, investment, valuation, and retirement-plan administration remain separate areas of authority. When one is genuinely required, Zoe explains why and coordinates the additional expertise with the client’s permission; Zoe does not publish the client’s information or send the relationship away through the website.

08

Corrections and updates

Material changes require a real content update and new review date. Zoe does not change dates merely to make content appear fresh.

09

Privacy and consent

Public education minimizes data collection. Zoe measures anonymous page visits, tool completions, opt-ins, and bookings without placing names, email addresses, IP addresses, or browser fingerprints in its analytics table. Follow-up begins only when a person chooses to provide information and consent to contact.

10

Teach-back

Education is complete when the person can explain the category, benefits, tradeoffs, alternatives, uncertainties, and next step in their own words.

What You Deserve When Someone Helps You With Insurance

You may be making a decision that affects your savings, your family, your business, and the people who depend on you. The person helping you should take that responsibility seriously. You deserve clear answers, an honest comparison, and enough information to make your decision with confidence.

You deserve to know who is helping you, how they are licensed, how they are compensated, what they can provide, and where their authority ends. You deserve an explanation you can understand, time to ask every question, an honest comparison, and continued service after your decision.

  1. 1Do I understand why this recommendation was made for me?
  2. 2Were the benefits, costs, limitations, and exclusions explained?
  3. 3Was I shown what could happen if I stop paying, withdraw money, borrow, surrender, or replace the policy?
  4. 4Were other reasonable options discussed?
  5. 5Do I understand what the agent can and cannot provide?
  6. 6Were any commissions or conflicts that could influence the recommendation explained?
  7. 7Do I know whom to contact after the policy is issued?
  8. 8Have all of my questions been answered?
