Understanding and capacity
Education, tools, curriculum, and learning routes that explain responsibilities and choices before any product conversation.
People come first.
Desmond Ollivierre founded Zoe Academy and Zoe Agency to help families, retirees, business owners, churches, and agents understand what has been entrusted to them, become fruitful with it, and prepare to account for it.
Fruitfulness before multiplication.
Genesis 1:28 records blessing and the assignment to be fruitful and multiply. Genesis 2:15 develops humanity’s responsibility to tend and keep what has been entrusted. Luke 16 adds accounting. Zoe therefore asks a different first question: not “How do we get you more?” but “How do we help you become faithful and fruitful with what is already in your hands?”
Optional licensed implementation
Private fact finding and licensed life-insurance or annuity review. When the person chooses to proceed, the Agency manages required disclosures, the carrier application, delivery, and continuing service.
Formation and leadership
Agents learn to diagnose carefully, educate clearly, preserve facts, respect role boundaries, and remain accountable after implementation.
The Acts 6 Model
In Philadelphia, Presbyterian leaders organized lasting support for ministers and their families. The ministers fund started in 1717. Their work received a charter in 1759 and developed into the institution later known as the Presbyterian Ministers’ Fund, the oldest life insurance institution in America. Zoe sees a connection to Acts 6: recognize the need, appoint responsible people, and organize practical care.
The Church Built America’s First Life InsuranceHow Zoe earns trust.
Zoe Agency operates through licensed life-insurance and annuity agents. Availability and authority vary by state. When a client’s plan raises a separate legal, tax, or investment question, Zoe identifies the boundary and coordinates the additional expertise with the client’s permission while remaining responsible for the Zoe relationship.
