Gene Zoe Formation is a thirty-day program for young adults eighteen to thirty who saw what their family carried and refuse to let the cycle run another generation. The curriculum sits Word and money side by side. Stewardship from Genesis to Revelation lives next to how money actually works in the four homes where it lives.
Formation is the door. State insurance licensing is the equipment. The work in the world is the calling. We do not separate the three. A generational curse breaker without tools is just a person with information. We are not building informed people. We are building equipped ones.

What licensing eligibility means: You are at least eighteen years old, a U.S. resident, willing to complete a background check, and able to sit for the state insurance exam in your home state. The licensing journey begins inside formation and continues with Zoe Pro mentorship until you are licensed. No prior insurance experience is required.
The Four Phases
The grief gets named. The cycle gets named. You stop carrying what was not yours to carry. We anchor in Joseph forgiving his brothers in Genesis 50, where he names what they did and still chooses to feed them. That is the posture you walk in for the rest of formation.
The teaching week. Stewardship from Scripture sits beside the Four Corners framework. You learn the four homes where money actually lives in a family economy. Bank. Market. Real Estate. Family. You learn what insurance actually is, and why most families never had access to the truth about it.
You learn to tell your own bloodline story without shame and without performance. This is the language you will speak for the rest of your life when you sit across from family, friends, and the ones still inside the cycle. Story is the most portable asset you will ever carry.
The sending. You walk out of week four with a name on your life. First in your bloodline. Sent ahead. The state licensing journey kicks off this week. Pre-licensing study materials are issued. State exam roadmap is mapped to your home state. You leave formation either licensed or actively in the licensing process.
The Weekly Rhythm
Hybrid format. Self-paced lessons released every Sunday night. One live group call per week. One weekly assignment due before the next live call. A private cohort space holds the conversation between sessions.
The Licensing Journey
State insurance licensing is part of the Gene Zoe path. It begins inside formation in week four and continues with Zoe Pro mentorship until you are licensed in your home state. Most graduates complete licensing within sixty to ninety days of formation start, depending on state requirements and your own pace.
What the Journey Includes
Pre-licensing course in your home state. State exam scheduling and preparation. Background check and state license application. Continued mentorship inside the Zoe Pro environment until you are licensed. Carrier appointments through Zoe Agency once your license is in hand.
What Is Required of You
Minimum age of eighteen. United States residency. Completion of the pre-licensing course in your home state. Passing the state insurance exam. A background check. Submission of your state license application. A willingness to study, sit for the exam, and complete what you started.
Why Licensing Is Part of the Path
